Asian Beef Stir Fry


  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 250g Striploin Steak, Cut Into Thin Slices
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 400g Green Isle Asian Stir Fry
  • 400g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice
  • Coriander Leaves To Garnish

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil


  1. In a bowl, add the light soy sauce and corn flour and whisk to combine.
  2. Add the steak, toss to coat and set aside. In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce together.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large non- stick pan over a high heat. Add the steak and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove the steak when it’s cooked and set aside to rest.
  4. Add the Green Isle Asian Stir Fry to a pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan and heat through, then add the beef and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  5. Cook Green Isle Cauliflower Rice according to instructions. Serve the stir fry on a bed of rice, garnish with some fresh coriander.
