Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 250g Striploin Steak, Cut Into Thin Slices
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 400g Green Isle Asian Stir Fry
- 400g Green Isle Cauliflower Rice
- Coriander Leaves To Garnish
For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine
- 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Method:
- In a bowl, add the light soy sauce and corn flour and whisk to combine.
- Add the steak, toss to coat and set aside. In another bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce together.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large non- stick pan over a high heat. Add the steak and fry for 2-3 minutes. Remove the steak when it’s cooked and set aside to rest.
- Add the Green Isle Asian Stir Fry to a pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sauce to the pan and heat through, then add the beef and toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Cook Green Isle Cauliflower Rice according to instructions. Serve the stir fry on a bed of rice, garnish with some fresh coriander.
