- 80g Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Fat Free Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tbs Fat Free Yogurt
- 2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Chocolate Fibre One Bars
- In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoon of fat free yogurt with the vanilla essence.
- In another small bowl mix the other 4 tablespoons of fat free yogurt with the cocoa powder.
- Break up the fibre one bars into small pieces.
- In a serving glass, layer the chocolate yogurt, mini eggs and fibre one bar. Top with 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt. Repeat with the second glass. Add any left over mini eggs to the top of each glass.
- Chill before serving.
