Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients:
• Knorr Mealmaker Chilli Con Carne Mix 50g
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 2 Onions (chopped)
• 400g Templetuohy steak mince
• 400g Can chopped tomatoes
• 400g Can red kidney beans (drained)
• 150ml Water
• Coriander to garnish

Method: 

1: Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion until soft, add the beef and fry until browned.

2: Blend the contents of the sachet with the water and add to the pan.

3: Add the tomatoes and kidney beans and bring to the boil stirring continuously.

4: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Garnish with coriander.

Delicious with freshly cooked rice, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
