Crunchy Nut Squares

Ingredients:

  • 290g Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut Cereal
  • 180g Kerrygold Butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 Dairy milk share bars

Method:

  1.  Melt the butter, sugar and honey together.
  2.  Once melted, stir the crunchy nut cereal through.
  3.  Pop this mixture into a lined baking tin, and then bake at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  4.  Once cooled, melt the chocolate on top to create a layer over the crunchy nut mix.
  5.  A super simple recipe but always a crowd pleaser!
