– 290g Kellog’s Crunchy Nut Cereal
– 180g Kerrygold Butter
– 2 tbsp honey
– 150g sugar
– 2 Dairymilk share bars
1. Melt the butter, sugar and honey together.
2. Once melted, stir the crunchy nut cereal through.
3. Pop this mixture into a lined baking tin and bake at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
4. Once cooled, melt the chocolate to create a layer over the crunchy nut mix.
A super simple recipe but always a crowd pleaser!
