Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of flour
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of baking soda
3 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of oil
1 teaspoon of Dolmio Sauce
Handful of grated mozzarella
Chopped pepperoni or ham or chorizo (or whatever is in the fridge)
Pinch of dried herbs
Any other topping you want.
Method:
1. In a microwaveable mug, combine 4 tablespoons of flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of baking soda.
2. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of milk and 1 tablespoon of oil, and mix thoroughly.
3. Add a dollop of Dolmio Sauce
4. Top with some grated cheese, pepperoni, dried herbs and any other topping you want.
5.Microwave for 70-80 seconds—and eat up!
