Peanut Butter Energy Balls


  • 150g Flahavan’s Oats
  • 200g Kelkin Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 2tsp Boyne Valley Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Optional)
  • 20g Shredded Desiccated Coconut to decorate


  1. Mix the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla essence together.
  2. Add the oats into the wet mixture and mix well. If adding the Protein Powder add in at this step.
  3. Using a teaspoon scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball.
  4. Put the shredded desiccated coconut into a bowl and roll the protein ball around it.
  5. Place in fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!
