Prawn Pil Pil

Ingredients

  • 300g Donegal Catch Prawns
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Chili, chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Parsley, to garnish

 

Method

  1. Into a small frying pan, heat your oil until its almost smoking.
  2. Add your chili, garlic and prawns.
  3. Cook until the prawns are pink all over, moving the pan around so that the garlic doesn’t burn.
  4. Sprinkle with salt & parsley
  5. Serve with some toasted sourdough bread
