Tartare Sauce

Ingredients

200ml Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp Capers, Drained & Chopped
3 Tbsp gherkins, Drained & Chopped
1 Small Shallot, Chopped
Squeeze of Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Use straight away OR keep in the fride until needed.
