Spaghetti & Meatballs

• 400g Spaghetti
For Sauce:
• 1 Tsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
• 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
• 400g Tin of Tomatoes
• 500ml Veg/Beef Stock
• Salt & Pepper
For Meatballs:
• 400g Minced Beef
• 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
• 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil


1. To make the sauce, heat some oil in a saucepan. Add the onions, cook for 5 mins. Add the garlic, cook for 2 mins. Add mixed herbs, pinch of salt & pepper, tinned tomatoes and stock. Reduce heat and leave simmer.

2. To make the meatballs, mix beef, mixed herbs, garlic, salt & pepper in a large bowl. Using wet hands roll 20 meatballs.

3. Heat some oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs until they are nicely coloured. Then add them to the sauce and simmer for a further 10 minutes.

4. Add the spaghetti to a saucepan of boiling water and cook according to instructions on pack.

5. Serve & Enjoy
