Ingredients
- 400g Spaghetti
- 10 Meadowbrook Farm Beef Meatballs
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
- 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
- 400g Tin of Tomatoes
- 500ml Veg/Beef Stock
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- To make the sauce, heat some oil in a saucepan. Add the onions, cook for 5 mins. Add the garlic, cook for 2 mins. Add mixed herbs, pinch of salt & pepper, tinned tomatoes and stock. Reduce heat and leave simmer.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan, fry the meatballs until they are nicely coloured. Then add them to the sauce and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
- Add the spaghetti to a saucepan of boiling water and cook according to instructions on pack.
- Serve & Enjoy
