4 Quickbury Burger Buns
1 Red Onion, chopped
Charleville Lighter Cheese Slices 8 Pack
4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
½ Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ Tsp Garlic Powder
1. Remove the burgers from the fridge about 10 minutes before you start cooking. Lightly drizzle the burgers in olive oil. Cook the burgers on the BBQ for 10 minutes on each side. While the second side is cooking add a slice of cheese on top towards the end so it melts slightly.
2. To make the BBQ Burger Sauce mix the mayonnaise, chili sauce, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
3. Heat the burger buns on the BBQ for 2-3 minutes. Add Lettuce, red onion and cheese to the bottom burger bun. Place cooked burger on top. Add a spoon of the BBQ Burger Sauce and cover with second burger bun.
